DeepBite is a brand of SINGULAR IT S.R.L., tax ID RO43784777, trade register J2021000659223, based in Iași, Romania. For any question about your data: hello@deepbite.io.

The contact form: your name, email, what you want to build and your message. We use them to reply and prepare a proposal, as steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and in our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Emails you send us directly: same purpose, same legal basis.

Visit statistics: Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies. We only see aggregated data (pages visited, country, device type) and cannot identify you.

Server logs: IP address and technical data, kept briefly by our hosting provider for security.

Only providers that keep us running: Formspree (contact form), Google Workspace (email), Vercel (hosting and statistics) and Cloudflare (DNS). Some are in the US; transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR provides for, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We don't sell or rent data.

Messages: for as long as the conversation lasts and at most 2 years after. If you become a client, contract and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.

We only use necessary cookies: your chosen language (NEXT_LOCALE, for the session) and, if we send you a proposal, the cookie that unlocks it. No marketing or tracking cookies, which is why there's no banner.

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restricted processing and portability, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@deepbite.io and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to Romania's data protection authority (dataprotection.ro).
